About
Aaronpal Dhanda

Aaronpal Dhanda holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Warwick and a certificate in business analytics and data-driven decision-making from Cambridge University. The latter programme is designed to help participants build their expertise in key business analytics frameworks, including experimentation, bias, and prescriptive, descriptive and predictive analytics. Students gain hands-on experience in evidence-based decision-making and have the opportunity to implement the frameworks they have learned. Participants are also invited to explore new perspectives with a diverse, international group of learners to further aid them in making better decisions that are informed by data.

Aaronpal was one of a group of graduates selected for the National Express group graduate programme. As part of this placement, he mentored and trained members of junior management and built a strong network of relationships with senior leaders within the company. This leadership acceleration programme allowed participants to gain vital senior management expertise within the transport domain.
